Over the past few years, the Web3 industry has gradually shifted from a phase of “concept hype” to one of real engineering delivery. What truly differentiates projects today is no longer narrative strength, but whether they have a complete, composable, and sustainably scalable product system.
In this stage, DappLink has steadily grown into a Web3 infrastructure company with strong system-level delivery capabilities. We help teams turn ideas into real, runnable, scalable products—significantly lowering both the technical barriers and the cost of bringing Web3 projects into production.
For DappLink, 2025 has been a milestone year. During this year, DappLink completed its key transformation from a product-driven project into an enterprise-grade Web3 engineering service provider. It was also the first full year in which this strategic direction was truly implemented. Looking back, this was not an easy path. Strategic shifts required abandoning parts of our original plans. Capability rebuilding meant overturning old working methods. Market validation meant accepting direct feedback from customers and real business demands. But precisely because of this, 2025 became a year where we may not have moved fast—but we moved with real substance. Every step was built on deliverable, reusable, and verifiable results, making this year’s achievements especially solid.
Standing at this point in time, our understanding of where we are and where we are going has never been clearer.

1. From Layer3 App Chain to Enterprise Web3 Engineering Services: The Strategic Shift
In the beginning, DappLink entered the market through Layer3 App Chains, aiming to build a highly modular and composable architecture where application needs could directly guide the design and implementation of the underlying chain. This approach was technically feasible and innovative. However, reality quickly reminded us that there is always a gap between ideals and real-world constraints. Due to a disruption in funding, we had to pause the original vision and re-evaluate our development path—thinking carefully about how to keep moving forward in a complex and fast-changing market.
Against this backdrop, DappLink completed a major strategic transformation in 2024—becoming a Web3 technology service provider. This was a deep strategic and organizational adjustment: shifting the team’s focus from “building our own products” to “solving real enterprise problems,” and from “pursuing perfect solution completeness” to “ensuring solutions can be delivered and create real value.”
Specifically, this transformation included two core directions:
- From feature development to delivery capability for real business go-live: every feature, every chain, and every tool must support real customer business needs, and must be deployable and stable in production.
- From completeness to problem-solving in practice: a perfect design that cannot be delivered creates no value. The team iterated rapidly under complex constraints, turning concepts into engineering results.
This shift enabled DappLink to grow from “just doing engineering” into a true Web3 technology service provider, with a more pragmatic and sustainable ability to create long-term value.

2. 2024–2025 Delivery Results: Full Lifecycle Involvement from Architecture to Production
Since July 2024, when DappLink officially signed its first project as a service provider—Manta Fast Finality—DappLink has established collaborations with 38 companies and ecosystem projects. Our partners span public chains, exchanges, wallets, data platforms, and emerging Web3 application scenarios. Our customer base has evolved from early exploratory teams into a cooperation structure dominated by enterprise-level customers and mature projects.
Over the past year, at the infrastructure layer, DappLink deeply participated in and delivered core technical work for multiple public chains and application chains:
- In the Layer1 direction, we completed R&D and system-level delivery for 4 Layer1 chains, covering consensus, account models, transaction processing, node services, and on-chain toolchains.
- In the Layer2 and Layer3 direction, we completed the full construction and deployment of 2 Layer2 chains and 1 Layer3 application chain, covering parameter design, cross-layer interaction, data availability solutions, node network setup, and production go-live.
These projects were not limited to proposals or whitepapers—we participated deeply across the full workflow from architecture design to production deployment.
At the application and middleware layers, DappLink’s delivery scope expanded further into a more systematic solution matrix. Over the past year, we delivered:
- 4 wallet systems
- 3 decentralized exchanges (DEX)
- 4 cross-chain bridges
- 3 oracle systems
On top of that, we built and deployed a variety of complete Web3 application solutions across multiple business scenarios. These solutions covered on-chain KYC, NFT trading, EventFi, on-chain insurance, prediction markets, Launchpads, MPC asset management, Web3 data platforms, staking & lending, collateralized stablecoins, Web3 education platforms, and decentralized derivatives. They can adapt to different chain environments and business models, with strong reusability and scalability.
Most importantly, every DappLink project is strictly driven by real enterprise business needs and real user scenarios. From security architecture design and performance optimization to operations assurance and risk control, we take responsibility for “high-quality delivery, fast go-live, and long-term stable operation”—not just implementation-level development. This demonstrates DappLink’s enterprise-grade delivery standards and capabilities, and is one of our core differentiators compared to other communities or project teams.
DappLink has served and continues to work with a diverse set of project types, including the well-known Layer2 project Manta, the well-known exchange CoinUp, the Layer1 chain CpChain, the wallet project Parapack, a Hong Kong listed company, the EventFi project FishCake, the emerging Web3 data platform DataMining, and multiple prediction market and decentralized derivatives projects.

3. One-Stop Product Landscape: A Modular System Ready for Direct Deployment
As the industry moves from narrative to engineering and from hype cycles to long-term operations, what determines a project’s longevity is no longer a single innovation point—but whether it has system-level product capabilities.
This article introduces DappLink’s mature and production-ready capabilities across three layers: Web3 products, centralized exchange product systems, and non-Web3 business extensions. It provides a structured view of how DappLink builds an integrated product map—from underlying infrastructure to application-level systems—through modular product design.

9. Closing: From Modular Building Blocks to System-Level Synergy
From public chains, wallets, DeFi, and infrastructure to centralized exchange products, these seemingly scattered modules together form a complete map of digital asset and trading products. The real complexity is not any single product itself, but how they work together, migrate smoothly, and continue to be composed and reused.
DappLink is built around this system-level challenge. Through modular and standardized product design, DappLink integrates what used to be fragmented infrastructure, financial protocols, and application capabilities—enabling teams to build and run complete Web3 business systems at lower cost and within shorter timelines.
Looking back is to move forward with more clarity and determination. In the new year, DappLink will continue to serve existing customers while actively expanding new partnerships, aiming to increase the number of cooperative customers from 38 to 180. At the same time, we will continue strengthening our core capabilities—One-Click Wallet, One-Click Chain, and One-Click DApp—while driving the adoption of DappLink custody solutions across more real business scenarios, and accelerating the deployment of DappLink Oracle across multi-chain ecosystems to ensure that technical capability and business value scale together.
In the longer-term strategic vision, DappLink will continue advancing the ecosystem development of RootHash Chain, aiming to build it into a world-class public chain infrastructure serving emerging markets across Asia, Africa, and Latin America. Meanwhile, we will build RootHash Wallet into a comprehensive platform integrating wallet, investment, and lifestyle services—so that Web3 technology is no longer confined to small circles, but truly becomes part of broader daily life and commercial scenarios, enabling technology inclusion and real-world value delivery.
